Delivery

DungeonHero ships throughout Europe. If you live outside of Europe, you can purchase from our Etsy store which has worldwide shipping.

We currently ship our packages once a week on Tuesdays . Orders placed on Tuesdays will likely be shipped the next Tuesday. If you need your minis with haste, please send us a message and we'll probably be able to ship your order the same or next day.

Returns

If you have received an order from DungeonHero, but you are not completely satisfied, you have the option of returning the order within 30 days of receiving it.

Please note: We do not cover the costs of returning your order, so we strongly recommend you send your parcel with tracking and keep proof of postage.

How to return an item:
1.   Repack the goods. Please pack the goods in a way similar to how you received them to make sure the items don't damage during shipment.
